I unfortunately can really name specifics, but it FEELS like AI. Some things seem like decent indicators that it isn't AI, like what seems like glow from the explosion on the smoke, and the fingers of his hand hand in the gun look wrong in a way an artist would do. (Absolutely zero shade to the artist if this is genuine human art, fingers are hard.)
