I'm mostly wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with slow healing? I had fistulotomy surgery last September and healing has been very slow, despite regularly cleaning the wound as best I can.

I have a follow up with the colorectal department May 26th and I'm just so scared they're going to tell me I need some sort of additional surgery. This whole process has had a massive strain on my mental wellbeing and being unable to exercise properly (god I miss doing yoga so much, it's depressing) is very frustrating.

Maybe this post also doubles up as me venting, but yeah. What an awful process to go through and my heart goes out to anyone else going through a similar time.
