Looking for suggestions on what lamp to put on the living room

I recently bought my apartment and I'm renovating it, for the moment it's going good but not that fast, it's an interesting process 😅
Where I have found my biggest source of doubt is in what lamp to put in the living room.
In the picture I have marked some of the things that will be added to help picture my idea for the room.
- the couch will be changed for one in angle and a little pouf on the same color with a coffee table on the middle (in front of them will be the TV)
-on the room at the left side I will put a big table for having friends over
- on the blue part I'll search for a comfy chair for reading close to the big window there
-the kitchen seen on the second picture is beige and green (the white backsplash will be some kind of green tile in the future)
The greens of the tiles, under the kitchen bar, the decorations close to the TV and the couch will be more or less the same tone.
I have seen really pretty lamps that hang but with it being a room where people will walk around and specially during parties I think it can be really uncomfortable (ceiling is 2.4 meters high). So I guess I should put something kind of flat.
In my mind it should also be long and take a good space of the ceiling.
I got to this one, but I'm not convinced on the too modern look:

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the ceiling is concrete, so it's impossible for me to hide cables or integrate lights.
