Just wanted to see if anybody knows who the under secretary is? When making out the delivery of the packet to India the template just has the name of the person this is being delivered to as “the under secretary”. Who are they!! Any names confirmed? Who signed your final recieved SON?
I searched the name of the person who signed the update in 2023 and it seems they were put in jail for fraud (!!) because they charged 1.5 lakh to a doctor in the US to process their SON…
