6 weeks and doing better every day! 2 nights not waking up to use the bathroom

It's so hard to juggle the physical and emotional challenges of using this thing, but this group helped me understand it will take time.

I didn't even know waking up to go to the bathroom was one of symptoms of OSA. It's also a symptom of aging!

I have trouble falling back asleep and it can take an hour or more, but I have some joint aches that also make my legs feel restless. Turmeric helps but not always. I have some CBD oil I always gave my dad before he passed and he really liked it. I started taking a little and it helps me stay asleep incredibly well and relieves the ache completely. Getting almost 3 more hours on the pap and I really feel the difference
