I bought my first three pens from Voy 2 years ago and will admit one was free for referral codes which really sit well with me.
The last week or so, I have had so many messages inviting me back for £120 off.
I know the price of the meds is appalling but marketing like this just pisses me off!
I feel like I’m in a very weird place right now (yes, I know maintenance is weird but…)
I am now 13 months into maintenance and am a few months in to 7.5 after a few on 5.
Satiety is strong, I really have little appetite at all and little interest in actual food but want to eat (and do!) a fair few chocolate biscuits and a variety of salty snacks too. Some days, I only eat breakfast as not hungry but then snack on stupid stuff.
The biggest issue for me though is that the wine voice has reared its ugly head. Not like in the old days when I had to buy more if I only had one bottle in the house but still enough to make me a little worried tbh.
The result of all of this is that I have put on (oh hell this is hard to admit!)… about 20lbs from my lowest weight. I LOVED my body at that size and am struggling somewhat despite still fitting in my clothes and everybody telling me I look so healthy, apparently HEALTHIER.
Half of my brain thinks I should go back onto 10mg but I am very aware that I already have some days when I could very easily not eat (I wouldn’t as I train a lot and know I need to) but at the moment, I am gaining weight and probably consuming about 50% of my calories from wine🤦🏼♀️.
