Curved Osage

Got this ~7’ limb of an Osage orange tree but it’s pretty curved, should I cut a few inches off either end and have the concave side be the back (fig 3) or should I try to steam and straighten? I’m new to bow building in general I have one completed maple bow so far which is pretty decent besides a slight over-curve on one limb, I plan on making one more maple bow for practice before trying on the Osage orange. Tips for steaming are welcome and encouraged if that’s the route I should go
