This is the stem from my outdoor hose Bibb. The rubber conical-shaped gasket that goes around the first piece has disintegrated (black ring in pic 2). I cannot find a replacement for it. It’s about 1/4” thick, inner diameter is about 1/2”. Not sure how wide the outer diameter was since most of the flange fell off but I estimate ~1”. Went to hardware store, they could not find a similar fitting piece. I don’t even know what it’s called to start looking. Google image searches have not helped. It kind of looks like the flange circled in the last photo, but this stem is the wrong size.
