Hey everyone,

I have a question about the Bond system in NTE.

Both Nanally and Hotori are already Bond Level 6 on my account, but I still haven’t received their namecards/profile cards that are supposed to unlock at that level.

Is this a known bug, or is there another step required to actually claim them? Maybe a quest, a specific menu, or a manual reward claim that I missed?

Has this happened to anyone else ?
