What’s the difference between using bootmod or going to an actual workshop to stage 1? It cost almost the same so I was wondering if there are any big differences?

What are the best mods for loudest and good sound? I have heard that axle back/muffler delet is all u need for sound is it true? Or should I do delete resonator to?

I got a 2017 330e has anybody done stage 1 or something with bootmod and if so what was your experience? Thinking avoid doing it myself stage 1
