Patient doesn't speak english and apparently the ER he went to that day did no imaging. They just gauzed him up, gave him a crutch and antibiotics, and told him to follow up with podiatry IN A WEEK.

Sitting here wondering how the fuck this happens. And this wasn't some little community hospital in bumblefuck with no staff either...
