Hi everyone! I have had my airpods 2nd gen for a long time now but recently while on facetime with a friend she wasn't able to hear me at all. The airpods weren't picking up my voice at all. I figured it was because of the microphones so i played with the settings and changed it so uses the left as the microphone and also then right. Both didn't end up working. I've tried cleaning them and still nothing. I also factory reset them and nothing again. The weird thing is they play music just fine, its only the microphone acting up! I was hoping someone has anymore tips I could try to get my microphone working again or is it time to get new ones..? Please let me know, anything helps!
