Hello I am going to a music festival coming up and i plan on microdosing shrooms. My question is how long do the effects of a microdose last? I will likely be at this festival for 7+ hours. Will one last the entire time or should i wait a certain amount of time and do some more? I am going by myself so i really want to avoid doing too much.

Also a bonus question does microdosing typically make you more social?
