I have mixed feelings about this map... Still like it tho

Tried acryl paint as a base this time. BIG Mistake, the markers dont stick well, the fineliner doesnt stick at all, my hands are black, and the colors duller then with water colors. BUT I love the trees and forests, I think I will use that again, eventhough it was a lot of work.

Its made for FUN, not meant to be realistic, yes there are rivers in hilly regions that meander like this, like the Mosel this is loosly basaed on

Tried using watercolor and then markers. Quite satisfied with the result

Works great for big patches of the same color and saves the markers

Digital is fun and all, but somehow handdrawn feeling... easier? Definitivly more relaxing

If only the markers woundnt be so damm pricey
