An appeal to R/NDATards leadership
This sub-reddit is inching closer to becoming a state which I fear. We get it, intentions might be largely good, but the current executives/mods (leadership) are trying to attain something larger than they can accomplish, through very questionable means, they have posted very obnoxious* content both on this sub-reddit and the one's they are trying to start.
The newer sub-reddit they created, tries to show Indian forces being the bullies of the region which is not the case and the opposite doctrine is followed (Winning Hearts and Mind, Iron fist in velvet glove, etc)
If they want to fight info war against kashmiri subs, let them but why are they bringing this onto r/NDATards, I am sure this sub will sooner or later get caught in the cross-fire which is the reason I am posting this. This sub's mandate was limited to defence exams, so the mods out here are violating Rule 5: No Politics and Rule 10: Stay on Topic.
What will you get at the end of the day, by trying to ban those subs (those who say lets spam report them), and do you really think banning a sub-reddit would really change minds of youth who are anti-Indian (A good proportion of users of those subs are already Pakistani)?
Think rationally, not by emotion. That's what separates a patriot from a nationalist, a difference unfortunately not most of us know. Kashmir has been a very sensitive and delicate region, which has been exploited by our neighbours, further aggrevated by government mishandling in the past decades, but the recent governments have done a lot to undo our wrongs of the past.
If one suggestion would be for sub-reddit r/KashmirOfIndia , strip away anything related to armed forces actions as they already had a strained past with them, remove the excessive association with Indian government, just like how other state sub-reddits don't remind in every other post and so, that "X state, is integral part of India". We must understand our differences in order to start dialogue.
*Attached as proof, its regretable to see an moderator of our server using such profine religous slurs, I would not comment more but clearly the situation is dire out here.
