Building Products, Understanding Users, Creating Impact

Excited to share that I’ve successfully completed my PG Certificate in Product Management from Duke University & upGrad

This journey has been a transformative step in expanding my perspective from digital marketing to product thinking and business problem-solving.

Through the program, I gained hands-on exposure to:
• User & customer understanding
• Persona creation and customer journey mapping
• Product thinking and problem-solving frameworks
• Growth strategy and go-to-market approaches
• Technical management of product development
• Building user-centric and scalable product solutions

Coming from a 4+ year background in Digital Marketing, this experience helped me connect growth, customer behavior, analytics, and product strategy in a much deeper way. It strengthened my interest in creating products that not only solve problems but also deliver meaningful user experiences and business impact.

Grateful to the mentors, peers, and the entire Duke CE team for the learning experience and insights throughout the program.

Looking forward to applying these learnings as I continue my journey toward Associate Product Manager and Product Management roles.
