Audit this job - Tiler used laticrete spectra lock epoxy grout. Grout looks really rough and patchy.
Paid a well reviewed local professional tiler. Laticrete spectralock epoxy grout was used with pebble tiles.... The grout looks really rough, patchy, and unfinished. This is the finished job, which to me looks really sloppy.
I am meeting with the installer later today, to address my concerns but could use some guidance if my expectations are unreasonable.
What's the consensus here on the quality of craftsmanship?
