Data centers v power companies.
While doing some research for my KEEL stock I stumbled upon an idea. Sharon PA already houses 50+ with an additional 40+ in the process (data centers that is). The area is zoned in such a way that it fits this particular type of business. Ie ground water contamination. It doesn’t play that huge of a role as far as downside. So we have prime real estate for a bunch of power hungry data centers. Let’s say 100 and growing. First Energy, FE. Will, if I’m not mistaken be the power company responsible for that entire area? I guess my question would be, would that be a stock to look into? The power companies of these data farm industrial areas? No wrong answers!
