Hi folks,

New build home (6 months) and we have been dealing with a persistent leaking window. At first it was on the outside of the frame in the bottom corner (between frame and drywall) Entire frame was replaced (and floor due to water damage) - still leaks.

Outside siding was also removed and house re-taped - still leaks.

Middle of window jambs removed and siliconed, outside re-caulked, but the new frame still leaks. This time it’s on the inside of the frame and not outside as before.

Everything is being done under our warranty period but I don’t trust that the builder will get to the root cause issue at this point and do a band-aid fix. Pic of NEW frame leaking, trying to upload the video. Any ideas??
