Does WhM become fun at 99?

I really like the game so far. I'm 80 atm on my WhM. But honestly I'm not doing much. My trusts kill everything and I don't need to heal. And when I do heal for fun, my mp runs out in like five casts. Honestly, it's not engaging. I'm not really playing whm.

Does this change at level 99? I want to actually use my class to the fullest. I also want to do group content and actually learn the game instead of being carried by trusts. Please tell me that it gets a lot better. Thank!

Koru-Moru Trust. Can you get him while leveling? If so how?

I'm level 60 and I heard this trust is amazing for mana regeneration. How can I get him? Is he an advanced trust? Thanks.

Level thief first instead of white mage? First time player.

I'm currently level 60 on my white mage since I want to main healer. But I'm constantly hearing advice about how I should level up a DD first. They are telling it will be much easier to gear my WhM later. Can you shed some light on this? I don't really have major issues with whm at the moment, my trusts are amazing. At level cap, will I suffer? Thanks.

Is there a class in FFXI that is in very high demand for endgame group content but there are not enough of?

As a newbie I'd like to know which class is in most demand and which classes are in high demand but there are simply not enough of for the majority of level 99 content. Is it RDM?

Can i get some honest opinions on leveling a WhM? Is it really as bad as they say?

I heard it is the worst to level up because you're basically auto attacking while the trusts do everything. You don't even have to heal because 1) you will go oom and 2) the trusts are e better at healing. Is it really this bad? I was so hoping to heal my way to 99...

Should I be following a guide or playing blind? Are there many quests and quest givers in this game?

It's wild how different this is from other mmos. I really like it. But the questing is so different so I wanted to ask how I should approach this. Should I go blind or follow a guide? There's no addon that tells me to go here or there, which is frankly awesome.

Are controller players at a disadvantage in difficult content? Is everything just better with a keyboard or can controller players keep up?

I'm a new player and I'm not sure if keyboard is far superior to controller in this game. In other mmorpgs, playing with a controller is terrible and slow. How about in ffxi? Thank you veterans.

I don't know if this is a serious matter or a nothing burger since I'm new to Korea. Is this kind of stuff out of the ordinary or is it something that I don't need to worry about. I'd like to know the situation more accurately. Thanks.
