Back constantly popping
40F 5’9” 140lbs no medication taken history of chronic lower back pain in my sacrum and over past year developed this now consistent popping that goes up my back/spine every time I bend over or movie while sitting on a hard floor. No injury. Not painful necessarily, but it’s not a comfortable feeling (different sensation than the random joint cracks everyone has regularly). Any thoughts? Was thinking about making an appointment with orthopedic doctor.
I was able to capture the sound; this is just from bending halfway over (like putting on a shoe)
