I'm trying to register for the system this year. I registered through the races system, but when I try to log in with the information I entered, it doesn't work. I don't have a CL@VE registration right now. What's the easiest way to apply for the course? ( Note: I have a TIE card with NIE number.)

Yesterday, I went to the mobile operator's shopping center to buy a Digi Mobile postpaid plan, but the salesperson told me I first needed to buy a €10 prepaid card, and that I could switch to a postpaid plan after a month.
