Challenging situation involving disabled individual, aging parents, next to no resources

I apologize with how vague I am leaving this post but I'm hoping to avoid being identified by those involved.

My parents are both in their 70s, retired, and thankfully both still able bodied and mentally coherent, though I worry that is declining in recent years. My sibling in their 40s and still lives at home with them, along with their long term partner. They are not married.

This is the crux of the issue- sibling's partner is disabled and requires at least a part time caregiver. My sibling is currently trying to balance a part time job and being that caregiver, but this is not sustainable.

Sibling's partner is on medicaid and qualifies for disability. They both have food stamps/snap. They are looking into getting home help, getting my sibling compensated for being a caregiver, or both.

My parents are financially stable for themselves, but I fear that will change as they continue putting their own resources into helping my sibling. This is a difficult situation all around and it truly feels like everyone is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I'll be incredibly grateful for any information or advice.
