11F - What evidence would help? (England)
How can we prove our son has mobility issues? It’s not something documented except from a psychiatrists report for his EHCP from 2022 (12 years old). Diagnosed Autism & Anxiety. Not sure what sort of evidence we can use for this. He matches the criteria for 11F, cannot follow or plan a familiar journey without a trusted person, aid, or assistance dog.
Should we ask teachers from his school?
