Hi everyone we are travelling to hanoi next month and we really wanted to try pho, but due to religious reasons we can't eat either pork or beef, so is there any spot you would recommend for chicken pho, we have heard many shops use beef bone broth for chicken pho so is there any place that uses entirely only chicken?? It would really help us out.
