I want to create an account as hindi bilingual but the options are only showing polish, russian, german etc. I need help to know how to sign up as hindi bilinguals.

Hello, i dont know if anyone has been in this situation but i would love some guidance for future. If my indian passport is about to be expired and my indian address is not up to date, moreover my current indian address cannot be used for police verification (or i have no one in india that could verify on my behalf) what could be the possible solution in order to receive passport successfully in germany and pass the PV?
