I am in my first semester at lagcc. I am an out state student. I have been living with my aunt for the past 12 months. My parents also live in ny but i dont live with them. However, i am dependent on them. I have a learner permit and a post marked mail which is 10 months old. Will these two doc be enough to get in state tuition before my second semester at lagcc?

I am currently a freshman at LAGCC majoring in EE. I will transfer to city college after i complete at laguardia. I have a plan to do a minor in cs at city college. If i do that, will it take more time to graduate. Also i am not sure if this is a wise choice or not!
