Thank you so much for all the amazing hotel recommendations! Now that I have the hotels narrowed down, I’d love your help with restaurants and dining experiences in Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka. Would love places that are not only incredible food wise but also feel like a special experience— beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service, hard-to-book spots, chef’s counters, unique settings, etc.
What are the must-book restaurants in each city? And are there any once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences you’d recommend?

Planning my first trip to Japan and will be visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. I’m looking for recommendations for the best luxury hotels in each city. Budget is flexible — my priorities are beautiful rooms/interiors, exceptional service, a great location for a first-time visit, and an overall special experience. A strong concierge is also a plus for restaurant reservations. I’ve started looking at properties like Aman, Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, Bulgari, Ritz-Carlton, etc., but I’m completely open to suggestions.
