The behavior of the new dean has become completely unacceptable. Students are being treated without basic respect, as if their voices and struggles do not matter. For even small and normal issues, students are being threatened with extreme actions like semester backs after disciplinary discussions. This is not discipline this is dictatorship.
The rude behavior from certain professors and the constant pressure environment is seriously affecting students mentally and emotionally. Colleges are supposed to support students, not make them suffer.
I think this is the right time for all of us to raise our voices together. Share this post, spread awareness, and make sure it reaches as many people as possible. No student should have to survive under fear, humiliation, and toxic authority.
