PROPROCTOR IS RIDICULOUS

I am appalled with this program or app or whatever you want to call it. 100% of the people I have spoke to have had major issues doing the exam remotely, dating back to at least 6 years ago when everything was remote.

So, I set everything up two days before. Double checked all the requirements. Moved my whole room around to make sure it was perfect. Set up the "app" on my brand new desktop computer. Everything was good...then, white screen. Then, black screen. Then, it completely reconfigured my computer and I had to control-alt-delete my way out of that. Then, all set up again. About 20 times of troubleshooting, removing firewalls, checking firewalls and basically giving blood. We were all set. All signed in and ready to go for the 930am exam.

NOPE! Everything was great. Ready for the lengthy and super important exam that could determine my whole future (okay dramatic I know but seriously). Then, the lady tells me that I cannot use the desktop camera that it came with because it's INTERNAL? okay so wow. Now I am stressed.

Now, I borrow a laptop that I did not use to set this all up on. It is a 5 year old laptop but whatever. So we go through ALL THE THINGS over again. Now, it is 10am and still not in the exam portion. Now, the laptop screen resolution is "failing"...despite the settings being right (after checking at least 5 times). Keeping in mind, this is the laptop's INTERNAL camera sooooo ugh. 3 hours later. Too many phone calls and chat support conversations. I start the exam super stressed, nervous system is completely dysregulated and I am hungry now too. All very distracting on a good day. I was soooo prepared until this program basically set me up for failure. What gives? How are they still using a system that has so many issues for people? Exams are hard enough ffs.
