Has anyone accidentally taken a drink of coffee soon after their pill (like within 10-15 minutes?) I just did that this morning and I’m curious what the day will be like. I know the pill absorbs a special way and that the instructions are clear to NOT drink or eat for at least 30 minutes. I am just curious if anyone has messed up like me and taken a sip of coffee too soon. Did you notice less effective appetite suppression that day?
