The CBO makes total sense for local LL games. These are "All-Star" games. They are an inherently competitive, closed door entity. Thousands of kids were cut to get to these teams. No other level of baseball bats the entire team, it is fundamentally not baseball, compounded by the fact this is Little League, these teams do not have the depth. Nobody is asking for this, just go back to the common sense rule of every kid needs to bat once and play an inning in the field.
