This is my first knitting machine, and I've never machine knitted before, so I'm really excited!

But where do I get started? The machine came with no instructions so I have absolutely no clue what to do :(

I'd really appreciate any links to resources or any information

Edit: I've found the manuals on mkmanuals using the wiki, thank you! Are there any beginner projects that I can do without punchcards? And any info on where/what type I should get? I'm a visual learner so if there are any videos out there or webpages with lots of step by step pictures that would be amazing!

I recently had my eyes opened about the extra ingredients in vaccines, like heavy metals, and their effects on babies.

Up until now, I have been following the vax schedule for my 1 year old, and despite being very crunchy about everything else (everything organic, all wooden flooring and furniture, no synthetics, homemade cleaning detergents etc) for some reason I just followed along with the group about vaccines, thinking that the shot only contained the virus, and being completely unknowing about all the extra things in the shots.

I now severely regret it - and was wondering if there's any protocol etc to at least somewhat detox the body of all these horrible things?

His last vaccines were 3 shots yesterday. I wish I could go back and stop it. He certainly won't be having any more.
