Opinions on what happened here?
My in-laws bought this house in 2008, and my husband and I purchased from them in 2023. The coping? has always looked like this. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may have happened here when the pool was installed / concrete poured? Our drains are flush with the concrete, however our coping? (Excuse me if that term is incorrect as I am clearly not a professional) sits above the concrete. What are our options here to correct this? Thanks!
