Hi everyone,
My partner and I are currently looking at buying a property in a new build estate (Ballinderry gardens Mullingar) . We’ve had a really difficult experience with anti-social behavior from a neighboring property in our current place, so we are being extra cautious about the layout and positioning of the homes in this new development.
Does anyone know which houses /how to find out which specific plots or houses have been allocated as social housing by the local council? Also, is there a reliable way to find out when the council expects to hand over or fill these tenancies?
We've asked the estate agents, but they've been quite vague about it. Any advice on where to look (like planning portals) would be appreciated
