How do make your own non gyro sensi????

So I just started playing without gyro and from my previous post I made people told me to watch YouTube videos and some gave me their sensi which were good but I wanna make my own sensi , I watch some YouTube vids but the were too outdated

I tried chatgpt , it gave me a sensi and how to adjust it wasn't that good but I use how it told me how adjust and made a good 3x scope but its still a bit shaking and not too good for long range .

I wanna know how do these pro non gyro player made their sensi
