We’ve had 2 very expensive hand pieces go missing in the last few months.

I suspect they were accidentally thrown away. Anything tips to prevent things like this from happening again?

Understand mistakes happen. But not sure what system would help mitigate that risk…

Anyone here have experience with pearly? They send statements (via text. Email and snail mail) and track collections in their portal.

Everything they do could be done in house, but for $300/month it feels like a good deal. Anyone use them and have any feedback?
