*Here is a poem I wrote*

Integrating lives past traumas and beliefs.
You and I, you and me, we are we. Sometimes you hear me albeit at times brief.

For what are the words you don’t understand, I may as well be from a different land. Confusion and frustration bleeds out in conversation.

Listen to me, pleading internally to be understood. Fog blanketed thick between, inertia of the unseen.

One word spirals into a triggering moment, hold it together and own it.

We are not our fears, let’s move past years, rewrite the story in all its glory, for happiness and healthiness leading the way, like a star upon we pray. Today is a new day.
