Been applying to jobs for quite a while, didn’t hear back anything so i updated my resume very recently but want to make sure it looks good. What is it missing generally? Is formatting good? Any tweak ms or additions that would better it off?

Looking for mechanical engineering technical roles, but could be a bit versatile in that scope. So what can i do to improve it?

It’d be good if a feedback includes what is it missing long term, like leadership, initiative work, etc.
