How do you Deal with a neighbor thats almost always complaining and making Drama?
Im living in a place with a neighbor thats always negative and noisy.. due to the location and building type, you hear a lot and theres not so good insulation from noise.
Anyway, theres a neighbor thats 50% of the time complaining, making Drama and quite annoying of the time they are indoors. It feels like Drama is their drug. All other neigboors are polite and dont make any noise at all.
They are like a waterfall constantly quacking.. its really annoying, whenever that person isnt around i feel calm and can do my work and stuff but as soonnas that person comes, you can already hear that unusual loud noise from their shoes, it feels like she loves getting attention..
Maybe its just me and im too sensitive or is my annoyance with this person justified?
