Live singing
I’m rewatching the Bad Idea performance from one of her SWT concerts and I was wondering do you think any of her ‘live’ vocals are actually ‘live’? I have heard rumours that singers will prerecord ‘live’ vocals that they sing on top of the backing track. it is obvious with certain singers - I’ve seen Katy Perry live and with her she has definitely NOT prerecorded her voice (unfortunately).
This isn’t necessarily a snark post because I love Lady Gaga and I think she does it too because of all her dancing, I don’t think she’s 100% always ‘live’ but with Ariana the more I watch these concerts on YouTube the more I’m convinced she cannot be hitting those high notes night after night. I think the God is a Woman performance is the best indicator of this.
