Geographical Arbitrage Career Move

Just want to discuss about a new trend I think will emerge. Recently I had a conversation with few close friends, but I still want to ask more people. Career path

  1. Initial career-> get a job in japan/Taiwan (initial career can save more than other countries)
  2. Mid Career -> go to Europe (you can start having decent savings from mid career in Europe, given taxes and expenses)
  3. Late Career -> Senior position in India directly/Switzerland/US

Getting into USA is quite difficult now. Japan has relatively low entry barrier as in without being student can get job there to start. In Europe entry level jobs too difficult to get into.

I know few people in the stage 2 already. Given job market, I see people moving towards Japan instead of Europe initial career (anyone would pick up Europe, but Europe job market is very bad for new folks)
