Moving to Pune soon – Need leads for a good 2 BHK under ₹20k (WFH, outskirts also fine)
Hi everyone,
Planning to move to Pune with my family (wife + kid) and looking for a 2 BHK rental under ₹20k/month.
A few points:
Budget: Up to ₹20k
Family-friendly area preferred
Good locality, safe, decent crowd, daily essentials nearby
Since I am working from home, daily commute is not a constraint, so I’m okay with outskirts / slightly away from city center if the area is good and peaceful
Good internet availability is important 😄
Preference for areas with parks / open spaces would be a bonus
Currently exploring options but would love suggestions from locals.
Questions:
Which areas should I target within this budget?
Any societies/builders to specifically look at?
Any leads / brokers / owners / groups would be appreciated.

Possible areas I am considering (open to feedback): Wakad outskirts, Ravet, Punawale, Tathawade, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Undri, Hinjewadi outskirts.
