Got an A from Dal super excited! It looks like a great community and super fun to live in Halifax I’m just wondering if Ottawa is the more practical choice if I want to work in Toronto in IP/entertainment law. If anyone knows anything about either school let me know!
So I’ve still not heard back from my top choices so I’m assuming it’s not looking good. I’ve prov accepted Ottawa but I’m just really not feeling it and idk if this feeling of cold feet is normal or a sign I shouldn’t go… I was at a restaurant the other day and overheard a man say Ottawa law school sucks and I rlly took that as a sign as well as crazy as that sounds… what’s the process with deferring/would it be worth it to retry the lsat and apply again next year for my dream school(oz)? I want to go into entertainment in Toronto and I really don’t know if Ottawa will set me up well for that
