My bank i get coins from told me someone dropped off some uncirculated state quarter rolls (Ohio, North Dakota, and Connecticut). I’m still pretty new to coin collecting. what’s the best approach here? Just keep the coins wrapped or do I look through them?

Just found my first mercury dime in a roll of pennies! I know I have read that cleaning coins isn't recommended, but is there any kind of light cleaning that can be done here?
