What’s your go-to easy breakfast that actually keeps you full? I’ve been stuck on this chicken + sweet potato hash lately
I’ve been trying to eat more filling and simple breakfasts lately because I usually get hungry again way too fast.
Recently, I started making a really easy chicken + sweet potato breakfast hash, and honestly it’s been working great for me.
I keep it pretty simple:
- Cubed sweet potatoes (lightly roasted or pan-fried)
- Cooked shredded or diced chicken
- Onion + bell pepper for flavor
- Garlic, paprika, salt, pepper
- Sometimes I top it with a fried egg if I want extra protein
What I like about it is that it actually keeps me full for hours, unlike cereal or toast which I used to rely on.
But I’m curious
What do you all usually make for an easy breakfast that’s:
- quick
- filling
- and not too complicated?
Always looking for new ideas because I get bored easily with food 😅
