It is a romance where the fmc in poor and an artist(painter) they are in college the fmc does a sport I don’t remember what he also has a twin sister who had and eating disorders so he very protective of her. Their father betrayed their family by cheating on their mom j think so they do not have a good relationship . The fmc has a history of SA and is even assaulted in the story but the mmc saves her. At one point nearing 75% the girls each take a pregnancy test and put them all together and she is the one who is pregnant but no one knows and she runs away and at the very end they find her.
