Finished a house flip I leased instead of selling, lease with an option to buy. I did this because it was a slower market in the area so I pivoted to lease and am very happy with how it worked out. Happy to answer any questions about that in case anyone is considering the same, it’s a nice contingency plan for a flip. Here is a video of my process.
