Dear ME Agony Aunt,

Now that the temperatures are getting higher, the issue of BO is becoming something much less easily ignorable. In winter I shower infrequently and use body wipes and that seems to be enough.

However now it's sweaty weather, I find it is becoming an Issue™. I opened the front door and the poor postman was assaulted by what he must have presumed was a chemical weapons attack. The noxious fumes made him stagger backwards gasping for fresh air. I fear for his psychological wellbeing after the experience.

Does anyone have any heavier duty non-shower solutions?

Yours odiferously,
Stanky girl

I come to you all in search of some more unorthodox pacing hacks. I have to pace aggressively for a month or so for an important appointment but it's really dragging, particularly towards the end of the day.

Any unofficial recommendations? I'm on a marijuana break, my only other "hack" is sucking long life boiled sweets to help pass the time and get some dopamine from the sugar.

"9/10 ME doctors hate them for this one pacing hack..."- fill in the blank!
