I’m currently looking for 12 testers for my Android app called Uniflection, an app that helps you learn anything interactively

What I’m looking for:

  • Active testers who can use the app daily
  • Provide basic feedback on usability and performance

What I offer in return:

  • I will immediately test your app as well
  • Mutual support — let’s help each other grow
  • I will open and use your app every day, and I hope you can do the same for mine

If you're interested in a test-for-test collaboration, feel free to comment or DM me!

HOW TO JOIN (no DM needed)

  1. Join the tester Google Group:
  2.    https://groups.google.com/g/uniflection_tester
  3. Then opt in via either link (both work, pick whichever):
  4.    Web — https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.uniflection.app
  5.    Android — https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uniflection.app

Need 12+ testers (aiming for 20) for the 14-day closed test before I can promote to production. Will test back — drop your link in a comment or DM.

WHAT IT IS

Uniflection is a learning site for understanding things deeply through whichever format actually fits the subject — textbook chapter, knowledge graph, interactive map, timeline, simulation. The Android app wraps the site with offline reading and saved progress.

Currently inside:
- A 20-chapter intro economics textbook with 155+ playable Plotly graphs (drag sliders, see supply/demand/elasticity move)
- A History of Economic Thought knowledge graph — 63 thinkers, 6 relationship types (influenced, refuted, extended, etc.)
- 6 interactive maps: GDP per capita 1820→2020, world/Europe/East Asia language families, Silk Road, Atlantic triangle trade

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

1. Form follows subject. Not everything is a textbook chapter. Pushing every topic through one default format is how textbooks get bad.
2. It takes positions. Strongest opposing views get steelmanned, then the writeup picks a side. Nuance isn't neutrality.
3. You can start from a question — "are markets efficient?", "why did some countries get rich?" — instead of a chapter list.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

- Android device on Play Store (real phone preferred, not emulator/cloud — Google's review flags those)
- Keep the app installed until I promote to production (~3 weeks). I'll post the moment you can uninstall.
- Open it once or twice, poke around any artifact that grabs you. No daily-use requirement.
- Optional: tell me what broke or confused you.

HOW TO JOIN (no DM needed)

   Android — https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uniflection.app

Step 1 is required first — that's how closed-testing access is gated.

Free during the test. Will stay free for the textbook + maps after launch; only some advanced/paid artifacts later.
